For over 20 years Mansfield Cares has been able to support local charities in our community. But we could only do that with the help of our wonderful partners. So we will start featuring those partners so you can appreciate them the same way we do.
Mouser Electronics
Mouser Electronics is a global distributor of electronic components, with over 5 million datasheets comprised in their huge digital catalog. They originated in California and relocated their headquarters to Mansfield back in 1983, expanding into over 70 acres of land, with more development continuing to take place.
They are part of Berkshire Hathaway’s family of companies. Though their industry and company have changed over the years, their commitment to community service has never wavered. In 2013 they were awarded the top Electronics Choice Industry Award for Community Activism – Social or Educational Cause, from the Electronic Components Industry Association (ECIA) for their support of the FIRST Robotics Competition among high school students.
Partnering to Make Mansfield Better
Their community service goes beyond robotics or electronic components. They have also been a long-time supporter of charities and non-profits through Mansfield Cares.
Thank You, Mouser!
We believe our community is stronger, healthier, and better in every way when everyone works together. That’s why we raise the funds our local charities and non-profit organizations need to better serve and support our neighbors in Mansfield. And having a partnership with Mouser Electronics has allowed us to give more towards that goal.
They did not ask for any of this attention. But we can’t help it. Without their partnership, we wouldn’t be able to raise and distribute the funds that so many of our local charities depend on. Simply put, we couldn’t do this without them.
So Thank you, Mouser, for loving Mansfield and partnering with us to help the organizations that serve those in need in our community.
